Duck RaceDuck Race

Sunday 18th July 2010 sees the return of our annual Duck Race organised to raise funds for local charities.
The event takes place on a stream flowing through the grounds of the sandhurst community centre.

Also taking place at the grounds of the community centre is the Sandhurst Festival.

Amanda Sturges Presents A Cheque For £1000 to Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice On Behalf Of The Lady LionsLady Lions Donation To Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice

Our Lady Lions recently and very generously donated £1000 to the very deserving Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice.

Funds were raised through the efforts of our Lady Lions organised Quiz Nights and Bridge events.

Participants Take A Well Earned Rest During The Sponsored Walk Along The Basingstoke Canal50/50 Sponsored Walk

Sunday 25th April  2010 saw the return of our immensley popular 50/50 sponsored walk along the splendid paths of the Basingstoke Canal.

As always this was both a pleasant and easy way for all those who took part to raise funds for their favourite charity whilst helping to support the charitable work of the Frimley & Camberley Lions.

Easter Eggstravaganza

The 2010 Eggs are now out in venues near you and we sincerley hope that our supporters will be out in force again this year to help raise funds for The Surrey Air Ambulance.

Our 2009 event saw funds totalling £1600.00 raised which contributed to a regional sum in excess of £19,000.00.
