Duck Race
Tickets for this annual event cost only £1 and are available from any member of the Lions club. Prior to this years event where funds were donated to the MS Support Group, the beneficiary has been the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice at Farnham.
The event was first held at Hawley Meadows which is on the Blackwater Valley Relief Road (A331), but the last three years has found it's home on a stream flowing through the grounds of the Sandhurst community centre. Proceedings comprise a series of heats where the first 25 ducks from each heat will then be entered into a final.
If there is to be much support on the day, then weather dependant, we may also have our Bouncy Monkey in action along with our now famous bacon sandwiches for sale.
