Annual Christmas Party

Each November the Lions invite 120 senior citizens to an annual Christmas Party held at Lakeside Primary School, Frimley. The Party-goers are collected by coach and offered the traditional Christmas Lunch of Turkey with all the trimmings.

Lunch is followed by a bingo session, a raffle where nearly every other person wins a prize and a singalong with a bit of dancing. Before being delivered back home they are given afternoon tea and cakes. The team is headed by Lion Mike Clyne with his band of merry helpers and most important of all, their wives and partners who prepare and cook the food.
